The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation. Responsibilities also include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will also contribute to menu development and maintain kitchen efficiency.QualificationsExperience in food preparation, menu planning, and culinary techniquesKnowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory managementProven leadership, team management, and communication skillsCreativity in recipe development and plating techniquesAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environmentsCulinary diploma or relevant certification preferredExperience in international cuisine is a plus
