Company: Digi Buzz (Subsidiary of Slashplus)Work Location: On-site – Sajha & Mahanagar Yatayat BusesShift Time: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Evening - Night Shift)Employment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewDigi Buzz is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Staff to manage and maintain our digital systems installed inside 230 Sajha and Mahanagar Yatayat buses.The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the state of all equipment, diagnosing issues, fixing hardware/software problems, and sending timely maintenance reports.This role is ideal for someone with basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently during evening hours.Key Responsibilities1. Daily Equipment Inspection & MaintenanceCheck and ensure proper functioning of all Digi Buzz devices in each bus, including:GPS DevicesUSB GPS ModulesTV / Display ScreensSignage BoxAmplifier System5V & 12V ConvertersBus SpeakersInternet RouterHDMI ConnectionsCCTV CamerasAUX CableOverall Bus Wiring Related to Our System2. Troubleshooting & RepairIdentify hardware and connectivity issues on the spot.Replace damaged cables, converters, or minor components when necessary.Fix loose connections, wiring faults, and device malfunctions.Report major technical failures to the supervisor immediately.3. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare and send daily maintenance reports.Maintain a log of completed tasks, parts replaced, and buses checked.Keep track of recurring issues and recommend improvements.4. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with supervisors, technical leads, and the operations team on daily activities.Inform concerned teams about buses requiring major repairs or system updates.Required Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of electronics, wiring, and hardware troubleshooting.Experience with devices such as routers, GPS modules, displays, or audio systems is an advantage.Ability to identify and fix minor electrical faults.Strong attention to detail and responsibility.Good reporting and communication skills.Ability to work independently during night shifts.Prior experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceEvening shift allowanceOn-the-job technical trainingTravel and field supportOpportunity to work with a fast-growing digital advertising company
