Role Description This is a full-time position for a Food Safety Officer, based on-site at our facility in Kathmandu. The Food Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, overseeing food preparation standards, and conducting regular inspections to maintain quality assurance. Daily tasks include monitoring health and safety protocols, implementing food safety procedures, and collaborating with teams to improve operational standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Health & Safety and Hygiene standardsKnowledgeable in Food Technology and Food Safety principlesExperience in Quality Assurance processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related fieldAbility to work collaboratively in a team-focused environmentPrior experience in food production or a similar role is an advantage
