This role demands a poised, highly organized, and people-oriented professional who can navigate complex HR challenges with calm, confidence, and integrity.  The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of HR experience, demonstrate strong leadership in managing a relatively younger workforce, and uphold the company’s global standards through professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.  Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Management Lead, coordinate, and optimize all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and HR policy formulation. Ensure HR strategies align with the company’s mission, culture, and business objectives. 2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Nepal and U.S. teams, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent across markets. Implement structured and engaging onboarding programs to support employee integration and productivity. Maintain standardized and up-to-date job descriptions across departments. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the primary contact for employee relations, fostering open communication and timely conflict resolution. Build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture. Effectively engage and manage a younger workforce, promoting mentorship and continuous growth. Handle sensitive situations and high-pressure scenarios with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and composure. 4. Performance Management Lead and oversee the performance review cycle, ensuring transparency, consistency, and timely execution. Support managers and employees in goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance coaching. Track performance metrics to identify and promote high-potential talent. 5. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee all HR administration including attendance, leave management, policy updates, and employee records. Ensure compliance with Nepal Labor Laws and U.S. employment regulations. Coordinate with Finance for payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. Maintain accurate and confidential HR data, ensuring compliance with company standards. 6. Cross-Border Team Coordination Oversee HR management for the U.S. team, ensuring global consistency and cultural alignment. Coordinate seamlessly between the Nepal and U.S. offices to maintain unified HR processes. Demonstrate strong organizational discipline to meet operational deadlines and deliverables. 7. Learning & Development Identify training and development needs across teams and implement skill-building initiatives. Partner with department heads to promote leadership and professional growth opportunities. Encourage continuous learning and improvement across all levels of the organization. 8. HR Analytics & Reporting Prepare and present detailed HR reports covering workforce metrics, attrition, engagement, and performance. Utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.  Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).  Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.  Proven experience managing international or multi-location teams, preferably with U.S. exposure.  In-depth understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and international HR practices.  Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.  Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure, make balanced decisions, and always maintain professionalism.  Strong commitment to deadlines, accuracy, and ethical practices.  Preferred Qualifications: Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to respond thoughtfully.  Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and composed under pressure.  Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.  High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.  Natural leader who motivates and connects with employees across generations and geographies.  What We Offer? At INVESTOR FRIENDLY CPA®, we believe in investing in the well-being, professional growth, and success of our employees.
