Assist in daily administrative and operational activities.2. Support documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.3. Coordinate with Finance and other departments for HR/Admin-related work.4. Assist in new employee onboarding, including paperwork and orientation.5. Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and conducting initial screenings.6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisorQualifications1. Ongoing or completed bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).5.
