Job Description

This role involves managing client services, relations, presentations, customer service, key account management, and brand & activation on a day-to-day basis. QualificationsClient Services, Client Relations, and Key Account Management skills.Strong presentation and customer-relation abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in event management or related field.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or related field.Proficiency in English is required.Minimum 1-year experience is required.Tasks and DutiesAble to liaise with clients (local and international) on their needs and wants for events.Monitoring event goals and implementing measures to improve events.Developing and implementing solutions for problems occured before, during, and after events.Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with the clients' goals and drive effective coordination.
