We are seeking a strategic Brand Consultant to join the Singapore office of this European headquartered management consultancy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, consumer insight and brand development and wants to work for a purposeful consultancy as part of a collaborative and down to earth team.Please apply via LinkedIn. The deadline for applications is Friday 5th December.What you will do•            Working primarily with a key client, you'll help to define corporate direction: shaping long-term purpose, vision and business ambitions to meet evolving stakeholder expectations•            Shape brand experience: turning purpose and strategy into tangible brand and customer experiences across products, services, channels and touchpoints•            Define positioning and optimizing brand portfolios: identify unique market roles and ensuring brand portfolios deliver maximum impact•            Fuel growth strategy: uncover new opportunities, explore what’s possible and quantifying paths for expansion or transformation•            Design value propositions: create offerings that deliver meaningful value for customers and business value back to the client•            Support change strategy and transformation: help organizations implement strategic changes in ways that align with their purpose, brand and business ambitions Responsibilities:•            Translate insights into strategic recommendations: turning data and research into clear business and brand strategies•            Work across disciplines - with strategy, design, research and client-facing teams to ensure brand and business solutions are strong•            Participate in client workshops, presentations and stakeholder discussions to communicate strategic direction and brand proposals•            Support the team to ensure efficient and smooth project progressWhat We’re Looking For•            Experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy (not creative strategy), management consulting (with a relevant focus) or brand-related consumer insight (around 2-5 years, but we are open to considering candidates with slightly more or less)•            MUST have a strong interest in brands with a 'point of view' and the ability to answer interview questions on this topic•            Strong analytical ability combined with creativity and strategic thinking - comfortable bridging data with human perspective•            Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within business & economics, business administration, industrial engineering, business management or other similar field•            Excellent communication and presentation skills - capable of engaging with senior stakeholders What’s on offer•            The opportunity to work deeply with a flagship client, building a strong understanding of their brand and long-term strategic needs•            A small, collaborative team in Singapore as well as the chance to work closely alongside international colleagues on projects•            Travel opportunities within South East Asia and Europe
