You do not need to be an expert — just someone with initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn.Your daily responsibilities will include:Sales SupportHandling inbound enquiries (WhatsApp/DMs)Assisting with lead follow-ups and scheduling consultationsSupporting the preparation of proposals and packagesHelping track and organise sales dataGeneral Responsibilities:Communicating with clients professionallyCoordinating with internal teams (design, operations, web)Contributing ideas for marketing and sales improvementsSupporting day-to-day business operations when neededThis role is perfect for someone who wants to learn digital marketing, understand basic sales, and grow into a more senior position over time.QualificationsRequired:Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsGood communication — verbal and writtenBasic understanding of sales or willingness to learnOrganised, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasksPositive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-moving environmentBonus (not mandatory):Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, ads, SEO, websites)Experience with Canva or simple editing toolsDiploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldsWe value attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative more than experience.
