Our key customers include Boots, Superdrug, Sainsbury’s, Amazon, Beauty Bay and Look Fantastic.As part of our continued growth and commercial restructure, the Commercial Team is evolving to create greater alignment between brand management, retailer collaboration and operational delivery. The Brand Executive role plays an essential part in executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with our retail and brand partners — ensuring consistency, accuracy and commercial impact across every touchpoint.Role OverviewThe Brand Executive provides day-to-day support within the Commercial Team, helping to deliver agreed JBPs, product launches and trade marketing activations accurately and on time. Acting as the link between brand partners, retailers and internal teams, the role ensures that all brand content, product data and marketing activity meet commercial goals and brand standards.This position offers a hands-on introduction to brand management, trade marketing and retail execution — providing excellent development opportunities within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Retail Support·      Work with Category Managers to deliver agreed Joint Business Plans (JBPs) across assigned brands and retailers.·      Ensure consistent brand representation across retailers, in line with brand guidelines, tone of voice and global/UK objectives.·      Support the setup and coordination of new product launches, promotional calendars and trade marketing plans.·      Manage day-to-day communication between internal teams, brand partners and retailers to ensure timelines, assets and approvals are met.Product Information & Content Management·      Own the Product Information Management (PIM) system — ensuring all product data, imagery, copy and specifications are accurate, current and compliant with retailer and brand requirements.·      Maintain and manage retailer-specific maintenance forms (e.g. Boots, Superdrug, Amazon) — ensuring data is completed, updated and submitted on time.·      Review and adapt brand-provided copy for the UK market — translating ‘American’ English to UK English to reflect accurate tone, spelling and phrasing.·      Coordinate product content across all key retailers and ensure listings are optimised and aligned with promotional calendars and product changes.Trade Marketing & Activation Coordination·      Support the execution of trade marketing and retailer activations, including promotions, launches and in-store or online visibility initiatives.·      Work with agencies, printers and suppliers to coordinate POS and digital materials where required.·      Ensure all activity meets brand compliance, retailer standards and agreed timelines.·      Track and evaluate activation performance, providing post-activity feedback and learnings to the Category Manager.Digital, PR & Social Media Support (brand dependent)·      Liaise with the Communications & Agency Manager with regards retailer JBPs to ensure planned call outs and messaging accuracy. ·      Assist in coordinating brand-led PR, influencer, and social media activity for the UK market.Internal & Cross-Functional Collaboration·      Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure launches, promotions and commercial activities are delivered efficiently.·      Share product data, content and commercial updates accurately between departments.·      Contribute to team meetings, sharing updates on brand performance and retailer activity.·      Support continuous improvement of commercial processes to increase efficiency and alignment.Reporting & Administration·      Maintain internal trackers covering JBPs, activations and product launches to ensure visibility and accuracy across the team.·      Work with Category Managers to monitor marketing spend versus budgets and sales forecasts.·      Support reporting on performance and ROI for brand activations and trade marketing initiatives.·      Contribute to retailer and brand performance summaries for internal and external reportingRole VariationThere are five Brand Executive positions within the Commercial Team — four aligned to specific categories, and one flexible ‘floater’ role. The floater role provides additional capacity across categories and supports during periods of high workload, holiday or sickness cover.Candidate ProfileEssential Skills & Experience·      1–3 years’ experience in a commercial, trade marketing or administrative role — ideally within beauty, FMCG or retail.·      Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data and product information accurately.·      Excellent written communication skills — including the ability to localise and adapt US content for the UK market.·      Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and digital systems such as PIMs and retailer portals.·      Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.·      Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.Desirable Skills & Experience·      Experience supporting brand or retail teams in a distributor or FMCG environment.·      Understanding of trade marketing, retailer content standards and online merchandising.·      Knowledge of JBP structures and retailer activation processes.·      Interest in brand development, category management and retail strategy.What We Offer·      Opportunity to work with a portfolio of premium international beauty brands.·      Collaborative, family-run business culture with a strong growth trajectory.·      Exposure to both brand and retailer marketing strategy.·      Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.
