Our key customers include Boots, Superdrug, Sainsbury’s, Amazon, Beauty Bay, and Look Fantastic. We are passionate about building brands and delivering commercial success through strategic partnerships and innovative thinking.Role OverviewThe role will be focused on supporting multiple categories within the commercial team, working closely with internal stakeholders cross functionally, and external partners to deliver joint business objectives.Responsibilities· Reconciliation & distribution of sales and stock data from retailer reports and portals· Collating product data and setting up with retail partners for NPD launches· Owning processes with retailers to ensure agreed promotions are set live correctly· Using retailer analytical platforms (Circana) to pull and summarise shopper data· Managing tracking & compliance of promotional activations with retailers· Assisting commercial team with tracking POS and proof of implementation instore· Building relationships with customer counterparts to work towards joint objectives· Working closely cross functionally with marketing and operations teamsExperienceExperience working within a commercial environment, ideally from an FMCG backgroundGood communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skillsStrong time management skills, with confidence working towards rigid deadlines.Proficient MS Office use and confident with data/reportingWhat We Offer· A dynamic and supportive working environment· Opportunity to work with exciting, fast-growing beauty brands· Hybrid working model with flexibility· Career development and mentoring opportunities· Competitive salary and benefits package
