Job Description

Location: NZ Support Office (hybrid - 3 office days and 2 WFH)Reports to: Marketing DirectorReady to champion one of the most loved entertainment brands in the region? Timezone is on the lookout for a creative, strategic, brand‑obsessed Brand Lead to drive the next phase of our growth.Why this role mattersAs our Brand Lead, you’ll own the Timezone story - shaping how we show up, how we communicate, and how our guests experience the brand. You’ll lead campaign development end‑to‑end, elevate consistency across every touchpoint, and bring energy and innovation to everything we do.What you’ll be doingDriving consistent brand standards and delivering guest‑first experiences across all channelsLeading integrated brand and marketing campaigns from concept through to executionOwning brand positioning, messaging, and audience definitionCoordinating creative, production, budgets, venue signage, and operational rolloutOverseeing advertising and media activity, partnering closely with agenciesManaging social content, influencer engagement, and keeping our web and in‑venue messaging fresh and alignedConducting campaign reviews to optimise future activityWhat you’ll bring5+ years’ experience in marketing/brand roles, ideally within consumer, retail, entertainment or similarStrong commercial mindset with confidence using data, insights, and market researchExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA creative eye with solid understanding of social platforms and content best practiceDetail‑driven approach with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlinesThis is a hands‑on role for someone who loves owning their craft, collaborating with great people, and making an impact.What are you waiting for?
