Partnering with sales and marketing teams worldwide, this is your chance to connect your passion with purpose and truly make a global impact.The RoleAs the Global Director of Marketing, Campaigns & Digital Performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in powering our global B2B growth. Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Marketing, you’ll lead two high‑impact functions - Campaigns & Project Management and Digital Performance - to deliver world‑class marketing that drives results. Success will come from balancing strong people leadership with being an active, hands-on contributor.You Will Shape the global B2B marketing strategy across our Club and Instructor audiences - ensuring marketing is a direct driver of pipeline and business growth Apply a commercial, business-owner mindset - making trade-offs, prioritising impact and focusing teams on high-value work Lead the global Campaign & Project Management team responsible for delivering campaigns and initiatives from brief to go-to-market execution Lead the global Digital Performance team to drive hype, demand and deepen customer connection across digital channels at scale - getting the right work in front of the right customers at the right time Partner with local sales and marketing teams, ensuring global-local alignment to drive consistency, prioritise shared initiatives and support markets to execute effectively Build capability, develop talent, and create career pathways – fostering a culture of care, collaboration, accountability and experimentationAbout YouYou’re a strategic, people-first marketing leader who thrives in a fast-moving, global environment.
