Job Description

Job Responsibilities: • Support end to end programme conceptualisation and seasonal campaign development and execution for the Singapore Oceanarium. • Assist in developing compelling communication messages, marketing and campaign collaterals, including promotional materials, presentations, and signages with the marketing, creative and production teams. • Support all aspects of event logistics to ensure timely execution of tasks and programme launch. • Assist in post-campaign data consolidation and sharing from internal and external stakeholders. • Assist in management of production expenses, and preparation of post-event analysis, reports, and presentations. • Support various ad-hoc and administrative tasks related to brand and marketing initiatives within SGO, including facilitation of site recces, media shoots and vendor coordination. Job Requirements: • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with team members and other stakeholders. • Ability to multitask with good time management skills. • Strong organisational skills and pays close attention to details. • A proactive, collaborative team player and self-starter with strong willingness to learn and support the team. • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • A plus if you are passionate about marine animals and conservation.
