We also helm national public education campaigns to support and advance MOH's healthcare agenda for Singapore.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships ManagementIdentify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with relevant organisations, brands, and institutionsDevelop compelling partnership proposals and value propositionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partnersCreate innovative collaboration frameworks that enhance our offerings and reachNegotiate partnership terms and manage partnership agreementsDrive cross-promotional opportunities with partners to amplify campaign reachMonitor partnership effectiveness and maintain partnership performance metricsOutreach & Events ManagementDevelop comprehensive outreach and engagement strategies aligned with campaign objectivesPlan and execute comprehensive and innovative outreach and engagement programmes targeting various audience segmentsPlan and budget annual outreach calendar targeting various audience segmentsDrive end-to-end budget management including development of annual budgets, tracking of expenditure, cost optimisation, and compliance with financial guidelines across all outreach activities and partnershipsDrive end-to-end project management including procurement, vendor relations, logistics coordination, and content development to ensure quality delivery within budgetLead multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective vendor management, timely deliverables, proper documentation, and cost-effectiveness throughout project lifecycleAnalytics & ReportingTrack and analyse performance metrics for all outreach activitiesPrepare post-event reports and recommendationsMonitor ROI of partnerships and outreach initiativesGather and analyse participant feedback to improve future programmesMaintain comprehensive database of contacts and engagement databaseTrack and analyse performance metrics including cost-benefit analysis and budget efficiency to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or related field2 - 5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, events management, or outreachStrong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projectsExcellent relationship building and networking abilitiesCreative mindset with innovative approach to engagement strategiesStrong negotiation and presentation skillsExperience in vendor management and budget control Personal AttributesSelf-motivated with strong initiativeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCreative problem-solverDetail-oriented with strong organisational skillsAble to work independently and in teamsAdaptable and flexible in fast-paced environmentResults-driven with strong follow-through
