Brand Manager BIC - Commercial eMAG Commercial Teams are responsible for designing and developing product catalogs and launching new products with a competitive pricing strategy. They also build promotional campaigns with Marketing teams, maintaining and including new suppliers in the eMAG product portfolio. What you’ll have to do: Ownership on all assigned products.Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for products, aligning with overall eMAG goals (sales, profitability, market share ambitions).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize product placement, pricing, and presentation, ensuring a compelling and customer-centric shopping experience.Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable strategies to achieve internal targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, technology, retail, finance, B2B, customer service, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and reaching internal KPI’s.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to stay updated on product releases, updates, and initiatives.Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and opportunities for differentiation. Maintain eMAG’s trendsetter position in the market.Ownership of Supply Chain Management for all assigned products.Ownership of core KPI’s such as Sales, Gross Margin, Stock Rotation. Monitoring the marketing budget related to brand activitiesOwnership of contract negotiation. What makes you a good fit: With a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or in a related field;With 5+ years of similar experience in the retail industry (preferably e-commerce).Proactive, out of the box creative thinker. Open-minded and highly adaptable to business needs.With strategic thinking and a strong understanding of the current e-commerce market.With strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.With excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.Team player and with ability to work in multifunctional team.With drive for results and leaderships skills.
