Job Description

Lead the development and growth of VitaDairy’s new product portfolio, translating consumer and market insights into strong brand innovations that drive sustainable business growth.The Brand Manager – NPD plays a strategic role in building the NPD pipeline, managing cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization, and ensuring successful brand launches that strengthen VitaDairy’s brand equity and market leadership.Role Description1. Brand & Portfolio Strategy• Develop and execute brand strategies and annual plans for the NPD portfolio aligned with company objectives.• Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, category trends, and competitive analysis.• Define long-term brand positioning and innovation roadmap to build brand equity and business impact.• Lead pricing and portfolio architecture strategy across SKUs and innovation pipelines.2. New Product Development (NPD)• Lead cross-functional project teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Trade, Finance) to bring new products to market on time, on budget, and on strategy.• Oversee ideation, concept testing, product formulation, packaging design, and go-to-market strategy.• Ensure each innovation aligns with VitaDairy’s mission, quality standards, and brand DNA.• Manage NPD stage-gate process and ensure business case approval with strong ROI justification.3. Brand Communication & Launch Execution• Develop 360° launch campaigns: creative brief, communication strategy, media planning, and activation.• Supervise development of brand assets: packaging, POSM, digital content, and sales toolkits.• Partner with Trade Marketing to ensure best-in-class in-store execution and conversion.• Monitor and evaluate launch performance (sell-in, sell-out, awareness, feedback) and propose corrective actions.4. Business Performance & Analysis• Analyze brand and product performance using Nielsen, Kantar, Social Listening, and internal data.• Manage brand P&L: track sales, profitability, and marketing spending to optimize ROI.• Develop regular reports and insights to guide decision-making and portfolio improvement.5. Team & Cross-functional Leadership• Coach and develop Assistant Brand Managers or interns under NPD projects.• Foster collaboration, clarity, and accountability among cross-functional partners.• Promote an innovation culture and agile mindset within the team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.5+ years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG or Nutrition industry.Proven track record in leading NPD or innovation projects from concept to market launch.Strong understanding of consumer research, product development, and marketing communication.Strategic thinking and business acumen.Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent analytical and communication abilities.Creative mindset, able to balance brand storytelling with commercial impact.
