As a Financial Support Officer you’ll join the Business Management & Operations team and report into the Business Management & Operations Lead.Roles And ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will focus on the order & invoice process for the Centre of Expertise Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) for the Marketing Expenses budget ING NL. CoE BMC uses the eProfit project report to create insight in their expenses, used to make the Rolling Forecast.Your Activities Will BeCreating purchase orders in eProfit, handling (match) invoices and checking the state of the purchase orders and invoices.Answering all questions of colleagues of CoE BMC and the Tribes about the order & invoice process.Taking care of complicated and difficult purchase orders and invoices for which you need to contact different departments like CoE BMC and the Tribes, ING Accounts Payable, Purchase 2 Pay, Production Support eProfit, Procurement and suppliers.To execute corrections, initiate journal entries and charging to other departments.To review the eProfit project report with the responsible colleagues of CoE BMC and to execute actions.Creating project numbers in eProfit and periodically changing the budgets because of the Rolling Forecast.Providing Management Information about the order & invoice process.Marking imperfections in the systems and procedures and propose improvements. Participating in projects, making requirements, testing and realizing implementation.To determine the (monthly) accruals for CoE BMC.Checking periodically controls (for instance eProfit authorisations).How To SucceedWe hire smart people like you for your potential.
