12 month contract + possible extensionsHybrid 4x per week in Toronto, North York or Brampton Pay: $22-27/hr T4Must Haves 2-3+ years of experience in brand marketing or campaign heavy marketing rolesExperience supporting end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from planning through execution and post‑campaign analysis.Experience working in large enterprise or Fortune 500 companies within marketingStrong ability to analyze insights and trends to inform campaign decisions and best practices.Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and internal/external partners (e.g., creative, media, agencies).Familiarity with brand guidelines and reviewing creative for consistency and accuracy.Experience supporting campaign deployment, monitoring in‑flight performance, and identifying optimization opportunities.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Experience with budget tracking, reporting, and invoice management.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Nice to Have Exposure to traditional and digital media strategy.Experience working with dashboards, KPIs, and campaign performance reporting.Background in retail, CPG, or large matrixed organizations.Experience working with insights or analytics teams (e.g., customer insights, CoE).Job DescriptionThe Brand Marketing Specialist provides tactical support for the planning, execution, and optimization of brand marketing campaigns. Reporting to a Senior Manager or Director, this role supports cross‑functional campaign teams by compiling insights, coordinating creative development, managing campaign deployment, and tracking performance and budgets. The Specialist plays a key role in ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly, on time, and on budget, while contributing to post‑campaign analysis, best practices, and continuous improvement. This is an early‑career brand marketing role ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast‑paced, collaborative marketing environment.
