Role DescriptionThe Brand Executive will be responsible for coordinating and delivering various branding requirements by working alongside multiple stakeholders, both externally (ad agency, event management agency, etc) and internally. Understanding the needs of the brand vertical along with its design language and brand ethos is vital. You'll also manage administrative and offline campaign work to ensure that the branding projects are completed on time and on budget. ResponsibilitiesMeet and liaise with various vertical leads within the organisation to understand their branding requirements (that includes digital branding, print branding, offline branding, apparel among others) Liaise with, and act as the link between the organisation and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact to ensure that communication flows effectively between organisation and agency at all times Maintaining timelines on various tasks from agency / vendor / internal team standpoint and thorough follow ups daily to ensure tasks are completed on time Archiving all brand assets / designs / work files for reference and retrieval Actively work on the brand marketing initiatives of the organisation - including preparation of presentations and concept notes. Proofreading of copy / artworks from both typo and design standpoints. Ability to translate briefs into specific actionable items for different departments Articulate brand requirements and communicate the same to the teams internally and externally Work with the Brand Lead and Marketing Lead to brief external and internal stakeholders in order get work done seamlessly Report to the Brand Lead and Marketing Lead on a daily basis on the progress of work / for approvals Should wear the brand hat and be able to disseminate information internally Work with colleagues and the ad agency to devise a suitable design and communication strategy that meets the brief Ability to present design and communication routes to vertical heads for approval / modification Pro-actively identifying and shaping various branding requirements Monitor the effectiveness of brand campaigns as and when required - Handle any other requirement that arises on the lines of branding, brand building and marketingSkills expected- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills - A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative and be flexible - An organised approach to your work - The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail - Drive and determination - Effective team-working skills - A passion for design / branding / art and an understanding of what makes a good design - A willingness to learn with humility - Resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism - Ability to effectively use AI tools and ability to effectively ideate "without" AI tools Work Experience A minimum of 3-4 years experience in an advertising agency
