The Broker will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential livestream talent, maintaining relationships with influencers, and managing talent portfolios. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing performance metrics, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. The Broker will work closely with the content and marketing teams to achieve traffic growth and commercial success for our talents.QualificationsExperience in talent recruitment and negotiationStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skillsSaled and Customer Service Experience is preferredUnderstanding of livestream platforms, particularly TikTok, and social media trendsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in English; additional language skills are a plusAbility to work on-site in Zahraa El Maadi
