Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technologically proficient Presales Library Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and strategic organization of all assets used by Konecta Sales and Presales teams to respond to customer requests (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and create winning proposals. This role is central to accelerating deal cycles, ensuring content quality, increasing win ratio and driving consistency in our market positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Governance and Management:Manage and continuously evolve the central Presales Knowledge Repository (Library) for NextGen BPO, CX and Digital solutions and proposal collaterals, including the data platform and content management systems.Establish and enforce a clear data governance model for content submission, review, approval, version control, and archival/retirement.Collaborate with the Portfolio Team and Service Lines and Delivery to ensure all content (e.g. company information, sales pitch, value proposition, solution blueprints, case studies, competitive battle cards, pricing models) is up-to-date and reflects the latest Konecta offerings and solutions.Drive the creation of reusable, modular content that can be rapidly assembled into customized proposals, presentations, and RFI/RFP responses.Curate and categorize complex technical, financial, and operational content and conduct regular audits to ensure content accuracy and eliminate redundancy.Process Improvement and Efficiency:Manage and administer any Content Automation Tools (e.g., RFP automation software) used by the Presales team.Work with the Digital & IT Office to develop and maintain a Presales Library and Proposal tool for easy search and retrieval by the (pre)Sales team as well as support of Proposal generation.Training and Enablement:Act as the go-to expert for the Presales team on library structure and best practices for content usage.Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing staff on how to efficiently leverage the library resources to accelerate deal closures.QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 5+ years in a Presales, Bid Management, or Knowledge Management role within the IT services, BPO, or CX industry.Proven experience in managing large-scale content libraries and implementing content governance processes.Strong familiarity with core BPO domains (e.g., F&A, HR Services, Contact Center/CX) and modern digital technologies (AI, RPA, Cloud, GenAI).Skills & Competencies:Exceptional organizational and meticulous attention to detail.Strong understanding of the Sales/Presales cycle and the content needs at each stage.Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), knowledge bases, and document control tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to edit and standardize technical writing from various SMEs.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Management, or a related technical field. A certification in Knowledge Management (CKM) or relevant industry accreditation is a plus.
