Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Agent Gulf at our Qesm El Maadi location. The Telesales Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and promote our English language programs. The role involves understanding client needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The selected candidate will collaborate with the training team to ensure clients are matched with appropriate courses to meet their goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in Customer Service and Customer SupportProficiency in Sales and meeting targetsAbility to collaborate with the Training team to meet clients' needsFluency in English and familiarity with the Gulf region's culture is a plusProactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to client requirements
