We have an opportunity for a Brokerage Director specializing in Life Insurance. In this role, you will be challenged to manage clients and a workload offering unique, dynamic strategies and customizable support. The Brokerage Director role is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing relationships with financial professionals to drive Life Insurance, Long-Term Care and Disability Insurance product sales. The role will focus on strategic engagement, consultative selling, and delivering best-in-class support to independent advisors, broker-dealers, RIAs, and multi-line producers.Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. Life, Variable Life, Series 6 or 7, and or Series 24, or Series 63 at a minimumResponsibilitiesRecruit new financial professionals and re-engage inactive producersBuild deep penetration within assigned entities and territoriesFoster and enhance relationships with traditional insurance agents, broker-dealers, RIA’s producer groups and P&C firms while continuing to recruit new relationshipsDrive target premium sales through third-party producersDrive sales by promoting Life, Long-Term Care and Disability Insurance products and collaborate with annuity team through cross-referralsImplement company supported sales concepts aligned with compliance and industry standardsProvide expert case design and sales presentation supportEngage in continuous training, practice enhancement, and peer support programsCollaborate with New Business, Underwriting and Marketing teams for carrier/product recommendations and pricing alternativesLeverage CRM/Sales Force tools for reporting, documentation, and customer profilingMeet or exceed stated production expectationsBasic RequirementsMinimum 8-10 years in life insurance sales, wholesaling, or brokerage territory management experienceStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrategic planning and relationship managementFamiliarity with CRM/Sales ForceFamiliarity with the Life Insurance Underwriting processSelf-starter, actively pursuing sales outlets and opportunitiesDemonstrated confidence and tenacity to strengthen and continue client relationshipsStrong presentation skills for internal teams, executives, and clientsAbility to present concepts to groups of varying sizesProven success in working with financial professionals in a brokerage capacityPreferred RequirementsCLU, ChFC, CFP preferredWillingness to continue with designationsAbility to travelEqual Opportunity EmployerOsaic is an equal opportunity employer.
