Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Birmingham, AL, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and processing mortgage loan applications while providing excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining and expanding a network of clients, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and efficiently closing loans. The selected candidate will collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and internal underwriting teams to deliver solutions tailored to clients’ home financing needs. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and the Mortgage Industry.Understanding of Underwriting processes and ability to align applications with lending guidelines.Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency with mortgage lending software and understanding of compliance regulations is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
