Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Building Operations Manager based in Mississauga, ON, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Building Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day building operations, ensure facilities are well-maintained, and lead preventative maintenance initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising operational staff and contractors, managing building systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards. The manager will also coordinate vendor services, monitor budgets, and address tenant inquiries related to facility operations. Qualifications Strong expertise in Building Operations, Building Management, and Facility Management (FM)Proven ability in Operations Management and implementing effective processesDemonstrated Supervisory Skills to lead teams and manage vendor relationshipsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with applicable safety standards and regulationsProficiency in relevant software and tools used for building managementExperience in project management and managing budgets is advantageousPost-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience
