Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bus Hostess, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Bus Hostess will be responsible for greeting and assisting passengers, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the bus, providing safety instructions, and addressing passenger inquiries and concerns. The role also includes coordinating with the driver and maintaining a friendly and positive atmosphere on the bus. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills: excellent verbal communication, friendliness, and customer service orientationOrganizational skills: ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness, attention to detailProblem-solving skills: ability to address passenger inquiries and concerns efficientlyTeamwork: ability to work collaboratively with the bus driver and other team membersProfessional demeanor: punctuality, reliability, and adherence to company policiesFluency in English and KhmerPrior experience in a similar role is advantageous
