Location based:Phnom Penh: 2 paxKandal (Koh Thom): 1 paxPosition Objective:The role is responsible for supervising and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and team performance management.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking market segment.Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.Conduct regular visits to customers and maintain strong business relationships.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, providing timely and professional support.Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and distributors.Market Analysis & ReportingMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose relevant sales strategies.Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.Recommend promotional activities and pricing adjustments to improve competitiveness.Coordination & AdministrationCoordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Ensure all sales documentation (contracts, quotations, invoices) is accurate and complete.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.Minimum Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or trade supervision, preferably in FMCG, retail, or related industries.Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Khmer is a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Dynamic, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
