As a Bus Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating bus operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while motivating and supporting your team members.Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedbackCoordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments and schedulingEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesConduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate recordsAddress and resolve customer complaints and concernsImplement and monitor driver training programsCollaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper vehicle upkeepAnalyze route efficiency and suggest improvementsHandle emergency situations and make quick, informed decisionsPrepare and submit reports on team performance and operational metricsQualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in bus operations or a related fieldProven leadership experience with excellent team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesEffective problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsExcellent time management and organizational capabilitiesIn-depth knowledge of bus operations and safety regulationsProficiency in basic computer applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)Familiarity with the public transportation industry in Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesExperience in bus fleet managementThorough understanding of local safety protocols and regulationsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience, every time.
