This role bridges technology delivery and data-driven decision-making. The Technology Program Lead is responsible for managing key IT and digital initiatives while also developing analytics and insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The position requires a mix of program management expertise, systems understanding, and data analysis capability.Key Responsibilities:Business Requirements & Analysis – 50%Engage with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, etc.) to understand operational challenges and system requirements.Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.Work with business teams to develop dashboards, reports, and analytical insights.Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across business systems.Support business intelligence and reporting initiatives using tools like Power BI or Tableau.Train team members on system use, reporting tools, and IT best practices.Act as a local liaison with the regional IT team on system rollouts, upgrades, and integrationsSales & Operations Data Management – 40%Collect sales, inventory, and operations data from multiple sources, including offline, CRM, and Excel files.Manually review, verify, and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Maintain organized data records and ensure consistent file updates.Communicate with sales and operations teams to clarify missing or incorrect information.Support the preparation of basic summary reports and data trackers as needed IT Operations & User Support – 10%Manage IT assets, access rights, and security configurations in line with company policy.Coordinate with vendors and the regional IT team for procurement, system maintenance, and software license renewals.Maintain reliable connectivity, data backups, and cybersecurity protection across all endpoints.Ensure business continuity through proactive system monitoring and issue prevention.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT management or business support roles, preferably within large multinational organizations, handling complex projects in sales or commercial or manufacturing environments.Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent).Good understanding of ERP/CRM data exports Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical teams.Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).Experience in data collection, cleaning, and verification.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in manual work.Key Competencies:Business-oriented IT supportAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingStrong data management and visualization skillsCross-functional collaborationProcess improvement mindsetProactive and hands-on work approachWhat You'll be JoiningMidea Consumer Appliances FZCO is a Regional Head Quarter of Midea Group, a rapidly growing Fortune 500 company, with humanizing-technology and provide customized solutions based on our deep understanding of human nature, enabled by the joint forces of 55 years manufacturing excellence and global leading robotic and automation technology.The RHQ is based in Dubai where we house the most iconic brands from Midea Group portfolio: Midea, Toshiba, Eureka, and Master Kitchen.
