Position SummaryWe are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented professional to support business decision-making through effective data management and insightful analysis. In this role, you’ll generate reports, dashboards, and Power BI visualizations while optimizing the use of Salesforce and other BI tools to enhance business operations across Central and Eastern Europe.Role And ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate data management processes from start to finishCreate reports, dashboards, and presentations to deliver business insightsVisualize data trends and patterns to support decision-makingWork closely with product managers and internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutionsUse and adapt BI tools (especially Power BI) to develop interactive, self-service analyticsContinuously improve CRM (Salesforce) setup to ensure efficient data entry, tracking, and reportingSupport recurring reporting cycles and assist in preparing executive presentationsLead or contribute to 1–2 analytical projects that support market analysis and business developmentSkills And QualificationsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a data management, business analysis, or reporting roleStrong command of Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Macros) and PowerPointWorking knowledge of Power BI and data visualization best practicesNice to have: SQL skillsHigh attention to detail and quality in reporting and presentationsStrong time management and prioritization skillsAnalytical mindset with a basic understanding of business metrics and decision-making logicProblem-solving attitude and proactive communication skillsFluency in English (C1 level)What We Offer:Employment contract with a competitive salary based on your experienceAttractive performance-based bonus systemHybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)Opportunities for professional growth, including potential career paths toward Product Management or BI rolesDynamic and evolving work environment across a regional teamComprehensive benefits package including: Prepaid lunch allowance, Multisport card, Medicover private healthcare, Life insurance, Access to Samsung employee store.
