Business Analyst - Digital Wealth & Retail Journeys

A leading organization in the wealth and retail banking sector is looking for a Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of customer-centric digital journeys. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning customer insights and business needs into clear, structured requirements that guide product and UX teams.Responsibilities:Work with product managers, UX/UI, developers, and business teams to define and refine digital wealth and servicing journeys.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Conduct market and customer research to support product vision and journey improvements.Ensure requirements align with customer needs, business goals, and compliance standards.Support agile ceremonies, assist in backlog grooming, and help keep deliverables on track.Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and data points to recommend enhancements.Assist in ensuring journeys are scalable and adaptable across markets, especially Hong Kong.Requirements:Experience as a Business Analyst in digital banking, wealth management, or similar environments.Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into user stories.Solid understanding of customer engagement, UX concepts, and digital servicing channels.Comfortable working within agile teams and supporting iterative delivery.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer insights.Clear communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.Experience supporting multi-market digital solutions is an advantage.This is a contract position. Open to candidates based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
