Join a High-Growth SaaS Business | Expanding Globally | Exceptional Dev TeamAbout the RoleAre you a Software Development Business Analyst who loves turning great ideas into real-world solutions?If you thrive on partnering with clients, sales, and development teams to build innovative SaaS products that redefine their industries — this is your next big move.Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company based on the Gold Coast, is looking for their next product superstar to help shape and scale their global platform.What You’ll Be Doing• Partner with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and deliver the overall product strategy.• Streamline workflows from planning through to release, keeping velocity high and quality world-class.• Collaborate closely with BAs, PMs, and the Development Team, applying agile and scrum best practices.• Own and manage a prioritised product backlog that drives measurable business and customer value.• Translate ideas and feedback into clear, actionable user stories with strong acceptance criteria.• Use data, analytics, and user insights to guide decisions and validate outcomes.• Embrace modern tools and AI to boost efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.• Champion simplicity, scalability, and intuitive design in every feature you deliver.What You’ll Bring• 3+ years in SaaS product management or BA/product roles, ideally within B2B or vertical SaaS environments.• Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate clearly with dev teams.• Hands-on experience working in agile environments with engineers, designers, and QA.• Skilled at grooming tickets, writing user stories, and setting clear acceptance criteria.• Proven ability to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements.• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and tools such as Jira.• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and ideation.Why You’ll Love It Here• Work on a global SaaS platform that’s scaling fast.• Join a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team.• Be based in the beautiful Gold Coast, surrounded by innovation and opportunity.How to ApplyReady to make your mark?
