We're looking for a Business Analyst - Global Pricing, to join our Pricing Centre of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll help scale pricing governance, streamline operations, and empower regional teams with the tools and data they need to drive commercial success.Reporting to the Pricing Consultant and Head of Insights, you'll be the operational backbone of our pricing strategy bringing structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement to everything we do.What You'll DoImprove pricing processes to boost accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Support the roll out of governance frameworks like CPQ and approval workflows.Manage pricing updates and ensure data integrity across systems.Collaborate with regional teams to align tools and processes.Support new product introductions or changes from a pricing systems perspective.Administer and enhance pricing systems (e.g., CPQ, ERP modules, pricing engines).QualificationsWhat you'll bring:Lean/Six SigmaExperience with Process mapping and Project ManagementExperience constructively challenging the status quo and lead diverse leadership groups through improvement initiativesHands-on experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, PROS, Vendavo)Excellent Excel skills and comfort with data manipulationBonus if you have: ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle), or exposure to subscription/service-based pricing.Additional InformationInternal Grade: DBenefits Package IncludesHybrid - Nottingham based.Great compensation package and discretionary bonus planCore benefits include pension, bupa healthcare, sharesave scheme and more25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
