Business Analyst (1-year contract)

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the corporate website revamp and CMS migration.Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional specifications.Act as the bridge between stakeholders (business, IT, vendors) to ensure alignment of goals.Plan, track, and manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables.Manage vendor engagement, contract deliverables and ensure quality assurance through all phases.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live readiness and post-launch stabilisation.Drive change management, communication and training to ensure smooth adoption of the new platform.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related fieldAt least 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project ManagementPrior experience in CMS implementation or major website revamp projects is essentialExperience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendorsPMP, Prince2 or Agile Scrum certification is a plus
