Technology Delivery Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership and ManagementLead and plan technical deliverables within the allocated budget and schedule. Oversee / coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams & serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues. Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan. Technical Delivery and Risk ManagementPlan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery. Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security-related dependencies of the solution. Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards. Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial OversightPartner with PMs, BAs, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements. Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions. Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or similar discipline with at least 7 years of experience in IT Project management Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SDLC, AGILE methodologies. Experience of executing projects in large program / multiple project environment to showcase coordination / dependencies capabilities Experience with Cloud Migration – Lift & Shift and Modernization Experience working in Financial Services Industry End to end implementation of any of the following in a Financial Services Industry:Cloud related solutions Infrastructure / Network related solutions Endpoint / Workplace Technology related solutions Active Directory / Identity Management related solutions
