Business Analyst (8-month contract)

Strategic Staffing Solutions International client - one of the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments companies in the world. Leveraging decades of industry expertise to deliver smarter money movements - is looking for Business Analyst to join their team.Contract from January 1st, 2026 till August 30th, 2026 (with possibility of extension).What you will do:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs; translate them into clear, actionable requirements.Evaluate and prioritize requirements to ensure consistency with the overall product strategy and business goals.Utilize data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.Facilitate communication between departments and ensure alignment across Sales Enablement, product teams, and other business units.Requirements:Higher education in economics, finance, IT, mathematics, or statistics.4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.Mandatory proficiency in Jira and Confluence (Atlassian suite).Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Fluent in English written and verbalCompany offers:Salary from 3500 to 3800 gross/month.Hybrid work model.Work experience in an international team and a multicultural environment.
