DiPocket is a B2B2C Fintech offering turnkey white labelled embedded payments solutions ranging from financial apps for loyalty and customer acquisition to physical and virtual gift cards, to cards for disbursements (e.g. loans, gig economy, employee benefits) to wearables for cashless events. A principal member of Mastercard and VISA, DiPocket operates across the EEA with a focus on Central Europe and offers tokenizable cards in most European currencies. Established in 2015, DiPocket is an Authorized Electronic Money Institution regulated by the Bank of Lithuania as well as the FCA and employs a growing team of more than 100 people across its locations in Vilnius, London, Warsaw, and Kyiv. As a Scheme Manager joining our team, your main responsibilities will possess deep expertise in Visa and Mastercard payment schemes, managing BIN setup and migration, ensuring regulatory and scheme compliance, and providing technical integration, analysis, and documentation support. What would you do?Oversee and implement technical projects related to Visa and Mastercard payment schemes, ensuring all card program configurations meet scheme and regulatory compliance requirements.Manage the configuration and maintenance of BINs, including updates for current and new 8-digit BIN standards.Coordinate setup and integration of payment processing systems following both scheme rules and industry regulations; business and technical requirements.Lead and conduct detailed technical meetings with scheme representatives, processors, and internal teams regarding changes in BIN structure, scheme updates, and operational procedures.Fulfill certification, scheme onboarding, and testing processes for Visa and Mastercard programs (including compliance for Apple Pay/Google Pay, if applicable).Ensure payment program configurations, account ranges, and scheme rule sets are maintained in internal databases and processing systems.Support team members in resolving issues related to Visa/Mastercard technical requirements, product changes, and compliance mandates etc.What would we expect from you?Deep expertise in payment card scheme products, specifically Visa and Mastercard, with 3–5 years of experience in technical integration or operations roles.Hands-on experience with BIN setup, management, and migration, especially with recent changes from 6-digit to 8-digit BIN format.Technical background in payment processing systems, databases, and scheme compliance standards.Excellent analytical skills, able to dive into specs, flows, and payment data.Familiarity with scheme-specific rules (e.g., account range tables, card program configuration, scheme certification processes, and reporting based on BINs).In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements for Visa/Mastercard, including EU payment services, AML/CTF, and data protection related to bin management and card issuance.Proven skills in documentation, communication, and technical troubleshooting to collaborate effectively with scheme representatives and internal teams.Experience with Personalization (CPV/VPA, profile creation and changes) / Wallet certifications would be a plus.What would we offer?Work in a stable company over complex and unique projects.Annual performance and compensation reviews.Quarterly well-being budget after probation period.Ability to participate in external training and conferences.Experience of working in a fast-changing international environment.Be part of a supportive and professional team and people who will support you during the first months and later.Hybrid working schedule with 3 days per week in the office and others flexible.Salary starting from 2,700 EUR gross, depending on experience.
