Job Specification – IGA Business Analyst (Inside IR35) Location: Remote-first (1–2 days per month on-site in London or Birmingham) Day Rate: Up to £500/day Inside IR35 Contract Length: 6–12 months Clearance: SC required to start Start: ASAPOverview We are seeking an experienced IGA Business Analyst to support the discovery, requirements definition, and future-state design for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities. You will lead the analysis of current processes and define business needs to ensure the solution aligns with approved scope and operational objectives.Key Responsibilities • Lead as-is business process discovery for IGA/IAM across multiple business areas • Define and document future-state processes aligned with business requirements • Capture, analyse, validate, and trace business and functional requirements • Work closely with architecture, security, and delivery teams to support implementation • Provide subject matter expertise in IGA/IAM business analysis throughout the project lifecycle • Support stakeholder engagement, workshops, and playback sessionsEssential Skills & Experience • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst focused on IGA and/or IAM programmes • Proven experience with process discovery, mapping and future-state design • Strong background in requirements elicitation, validation, and traceability • Solid understanding of IGA/IAM frameworks, governance processes, and user lifecycle management • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Formal BA accreditation (e.g., BPMN, BCS certifications) beneficial but not essentialInterview Process • Single-stage Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager
