Marketing Executive – Hybrid (London, 2–3 Days per Week in Office) Global Fintech Talent is seeking a hands-on, ambitious Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing financial services group.You will be working for a company made up of several specialist businesses operating across consultancy, FX, payments, digital assets, commercial finance, and other regulated sectors. You role will span sophisticated B2B environments where trust, precision, and brand integrity are critical and marketing is at the heart of how we stand out and scale.This role is ideal for someone who has already gained solid experience in B2B fintech marketing, is eager to broaden their exposure, and wants to develop their career across multiple brands, channels, and industries. You’ll work closely with the Group CMO and be at the centre of day-to-day activity that keeps our marketing engine moving.What You’ll Be DoingWorking across the group, you'll take ownership of varied and fast-paced marketing responsibilities, including:Managing and scheduling social media content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram, and reporting on performance.Supporting the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, conferences, and client dinners.Writing and editing content including blogs, case studies, and thought-leadership pieces.Maintaining websites, updating pages, and ensuring content is always current.Building and sending email campaigns via HubSpot and assisting with workflows and reporting.Keeping sales collateral - brochures, pitch decks, case studies -updated across all business lines.Monthly performance reports and insights across social, website, and campaign activity.What We’re Looking For2+ years’ marketing experience within fintech or financial services, with exposure to B2B audiences.Strong copywriting skills and meticulous attention to detail.Confidence using social media for business especially LinkedIn.Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.A good eye for design and comfort using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Understanding of compliance and brand tone within a regulated environment.Location & Working PatternThis is a hybrid role based in London, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.Salary range of £40,000 per year.
