To deliver expertise in a way that goes beyond — Personal, Proactive, and Agile.We don’t predict the future here—we shape it. 🚀Milestones WE are Proud of🏆 Great Place to Work certified for three years running!🌟 Best Workplaces Hellas for 2025!👩‍💼 Best Workplaces for Women for three consecutive years!⭐Best Workplace in Professional Services & Consulting for 2025!🌈 Proud members of the Diversity Charter Greece and certified with the SHARE Equality Label🏠 Flexible way of Working (Hybrid)🧠Coaching & Counseling from Senior ProfessionalsKey Responsibilities:Participate in a broad range of business consulting projects in the financial sector, mainly focusing on digital bankingSupport the gathering, structuring, and documentation of functional and business requirements.Analyze business documents such as policies, processes, procedures, and regulations, and translate them into system or application requirements.Assist in or lead the creation of process maps, business workflows, and user journeys.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and other analysts.Help ensure solutions align with business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements.Participate in or lead client meetings to clarify requirements and present findings.Ensure professionalism, quality, and accuracy in all analysis outputs.Contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment.What We’re Looking For:3- 6 years of experience in business consulting, analysis, or a similar role.BSc/BA in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.MSc in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field will be consider as a strong assetAbility to understand and work with business documentation and translate it into functional/technical requirements.Possess experience with various project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), as well as portfolio management or financial analysis (considered an asset).Proven experience in designing business flows and functional specifications.Basic understanding of software development concepts, mobile apps, and web services.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Effective time management and organizational abilities.Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.High level of professionalism and work ethic.Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Client-facing experience and ability to lead workshops or requirements sessions.What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
