In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Your insights will drive key decisions and help shape the direction of our projects.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough business analysis to capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable project plansCreate detailed documentation of business processes, models, and specificationsFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and gain consensus among stakeholdersCollaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goalsIdentify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancementsSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new systemsMaintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in documentation and project management toolsUnderstanding of Agile methodologiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsExperience in working collaboratively in team settingsBenefitsPaid Time OffPerformance BonusRemote Job
