You’ll work closely with leadership to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and turn complex information into clear insights that drive action. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves digging into data, and is eager to make an impact on how we grow and scale. Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support key decisionsBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and simple models to track performanceConduct research and provide insights on market trends, competitors, and processesIdentify gaps, recommend improvements, and help streamline workflowsCreate clear, polished presentations to communicate findingsDocument workflows, SOPs, and changes to keep teams alignedPartner with teams to support the rollout of new tools and processesGreat Candidates will have:Experience or education in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExperience creating polished presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar)Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insightsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teamsExperience in a startup or fast-paced environment (nice to have)About the Borderless AI team:We're an early stage company and we love to collaborate in person 5 days a week in our Toronto HQ.Customers are the heart of our business - we're obsessed with our customers, and that drives the bulk of our decisions.Big challenges don’t scare us.
