Business Analyst (Cash Management)Contract 6 – 12 monthsMontreal, QC (hybrid 3 days onsite)Cash Management - Good knowledge on Cash Management for strategic corporate operating in international environments, Correspondent banking relation is as well necessary. How to deal with intercompany accounts is a very plus.Knowledge in project management: frame to needs, describe business requirements, define action plan, change program and KPI definition.Will go to improve the servicing and Operational processes for dollar payment, good understanding of back/middle office in a bank for Corporate is key. Lean approach and building an efficiency and performance program at the benefit of the Cash Management for the group.Proven knowledge by several years in US or CA dealing with US perimeter is necessary 5 year very minimum.Function description Support the program manager in the conduct of all activities (stakeholders alignment, planning...) and production of deliverables (Roadmap, KPIs, Financials...) aimed at preparing all key committees composed of members of top management.Take ownership on several specific initiative(s)Define the product visionBusiness needs identificationFacilitate governanceAlign product team with central ITRisk, quality and issue managementGo-to-market actionsLiaison between all stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfactioneDesign the Target operating model for Cash Management operations and servicing, coherent with the product offer and portfolio development.Required experience / knowledge At least 5 years of relevant experienceTechnical experience Proven skills as a business analyst & experience to function in project driven environments.
