As part of this initiative, we’re looking for two experienced Business Analysts to join the team and help drive change across core systems and data platforms.What you’ll be doing:Partnering with stakeholders across business and technology to define and document requirements.Supporting system implementations, technology uplifts, and large-scale data migrations.Translating business needs into actionable solutions for delivery teams.Contributing to the design of future-state processes and digital capabilities.What we’re looking for:Strong experience in digital transformation or system modernisation projects.Technical understanding of implementations, integrations, and data migration.Previous experience in the energy or renewables industry is essential.Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Details:Contract: 6–12 months (extensions likely)Rate: Around $900/dayLocation: Melbourne (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)If you’re a skilled BA with a background in energy transformation, this is an opportunity to shape the digital future of a major industry player.
