JOB DESCRIPTION Gather business and system requirements from the clientCreate Requirement specifications, User StoriesCreate workflow charts, diagrams, and wireframes for complex UCs (if needed)Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formatsImprove systems by studying current practices, designing modificationsUnderstand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changesTransfer requirements, knowledge to Development TeamAssist PM with project scope, estimation, and planningWork with all stakeholders to make sure all requirements of the system are fulfilled REQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Excellent documentation and presentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of testing approaches and techniquesFundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Fluent English to be able to communicate directly with customersHave a proactive, can-do attitudeSelf-motivated and self-directed.Experienced with SCRUM, JIRA * Please send your application via email: dtthuy2@cmcglobal.vnZalo: 0986122836
