One of them is sure to lead to your unique version of success.* Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems * Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams * Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis * Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood * Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes* You have a passion for learning along with good business sense and time management * You know how to manage your clients’ expectations effectively * Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user * You’ve likely achieved a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field * Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules/ Power Platforms * At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM / / Power Platforms * Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is nice to have, but not required
