Business Analyst Intern

About the position:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our MSME Team.This is a unique role that combines business analysis with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).The intern will play a critical dual role: AI Focus: You will be directly responsible for training and refining a new AI Agent, which is a key strategic project for the division. This involves preparing, labeling, and validating data to improve the agent's accuracy and performance BA Focus: You will support the MSME team with core business analyst task, including data analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, including improving business process using AI to help us better serve our MSME clientsThis position is ideal for a proactive learner who is passionate about technology, data, and problem-solving, and is eager to see the direct impact to their work.Responsibilities:AI Agent Training:Prepare, cleanse, and label datasets used for training the AI AgentPerfrom quality assurance on data to ensure high accuracyMonitor the AI Agent's performance, identify inaccuracies or biases, and provide iterative feedback to the development teamDocument the training processes and data standardsBusiness Analysis:Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders within the MSME divisionAnalyze data related to MSME products or client behavior to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsHelp map existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvementSupport the team with ad-hoc analysis and project coordination tasks as neededRequirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in a Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, economics, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detail (crucial for the AI data training)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysisExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA quick learner with a strong sense of curiosity and the ability to work independentlyA Logical mindset with genuine interest in technology, AI, and business processesBonus point if:Have a foundational understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) conceptsHave any prior experience with data labeling, data annotation, or data quality assuranceHave familiarity with banking sector in IndonesiaWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
