You’ll identify high-value use cases, translate requirements into clear user stories, and collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver transformative AI products.What you’ll do:• Identify AI/automation opportunities across service lines• Lead stakeholder sessions and define business needs• Translate requirements into user stories & process flows• Support business cases, prioritisation, UAT and benefits tracking• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful deliveryWhat we’re looking for:• Experience in tech-enabled change (AI/automation/analytics ideal)• Strong analytical & communication skills• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams• Familiar with agile delivery• Bonus: professional services, digital transformation, UX/UX or ML exposureIf you’re passionate about AI, problem-solving and driving real transformation, we’d love to connect.
