About project The project is continuous development and maintenance of SaaS product for corporate charitable giving that allow big companies and Non-Profit Organizations find each other and partner on realizing projects for different causes aimed at changing natural and social environments and wellbeing. It is one of the leaders on the market of corporate grants giving products. Majority of grant giving corporations are in Canada, USA, less in EU and Australia. While grant and sponsorship seeking Non-Profit Organizations are all over the world.Responsibilities:Reviewing customer requests and submitted issues on a daily bases;Organizing and prioritizing your work on your personal backlog, keeping it actual;Configuring the system in such a way that it precisely meets the client’s needs and ensure its correct functioning;Work in close collaboration with Technical Support, Client Success Managers, Professional Services and Engineering teams;Defining or clarifying business needs & objectives;Eliciting, validating, confirming, managing & supporting requirements;Onboarding new clients, setting up a system for them to launch;Creating and maintaining documentation for product general availability functionalities and client specific requirements and corresponding system configuration;Plan and organize BA activities, product roadmap, development priorities;Elaborating client driven custom & system wide features and product enhancements.Requirements: Your English allows you lead effective communication verbally and in written (B2+);You should be able to communicate with internal team in Russian language;You have experience as a Business Analyst or Product Support 1+ years;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering;You have understanding of systems engineering concepts;You can organize and visualize information in clear & comprehensive way;You are result driven and determined;You love to communicate and solve problems;You are not afraid to walk the front line and take on responsibility;You are organized and drive change to add value.Benefits:Strong team of professionals.Flexible work schedule and advanced system of motivation.Bonuses from the company for important family events.Friendly team and management.Entertaining corporate events.The ability to work remotely. Discover New Possibilities with Eurovensys!Please, send your CV to career@eurovensys.eu
