Business Analyst

Mô tảCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements for RPA solutions.Consult and advise end-users to enhance the productivity of to-be business processes.Specify and model requirements using modeling tools and define design options in SRS (SoftwareRequirements Specification) and PDD (Process Definition Document).Facilitate problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution.Verify the solution outcomes delivered by the Development team.Prepare and communicate business analysis information effectively to stakeholders.Support presales activities by estimating effort and contributing to RPA proposals.Present RPA concepts and solutions to customers when required.Yêu cầuMinimum 2 years of experience in business analysis.Experience with large, complex projects is a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.Required Skills, Knowledge, and CharacteristicsFluent in verbal and written English communication.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in using process and data modeling tools.Solid experience in project documentation, including defining workflows, developing business processes, conducting alternatives analysis, performing risk assessments, and providing recommendations.Proactive, hardworking, with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.Experience in coding is an advantage.Experience in designing business processes is a plus.Quyền lợi và chế độAttractive salary.
